Employee Investment Advisory Council
The Employee Investment Advisory Council (EIAC) is a council established to advise the Public Employee
Retirement Board on the operation of the PERS defined contribution retirement plan and the state deferred
compensation plan as provided in section
19-3-2133, MCA. The EIAC
is composed of 13 employee representatives of the PERS or the State of Montana deferred compensation. Members
are appointed for staggered three-year terms. The EIAC meets at least four times a year.
